To ensure a meaningful and extinction-proof change in enterprise equity, diversity and inclusion culture shifts, it takes the continued engagement of organizational leaders, human resources, and employees.  We have often observed that through organizational EDI culture shifts,  concerns, questions, and uncertainties can arise that require additional support and guidance.  For this reason, with every single engagement, we make confidential one-on-one sessions available to ensure that individuals are supported through any road bumps they may encounter.  By providing this support, we have found culture change leaders are more confident and, therefore, more likely to address and overcome any identified challenges.
