We employ a transparent approach to ensure that you are completely in the loop on all decisions in real time throughout our entire relationship.

Can I work with Terra Firma Transition if I have not disclosed my authentic self to my organization?

Yes! We are compassionate to the challenge that faces an individual when considering workplace transition. It can seem like an impossible mountain to climb, with little guarantee of the outcome. We understand that your career transition is most likely just one facet of a more significant personal transition that you are working towards. Therefore, our approach is to work with you, understand your situation, and work together to identify different disclosure approaches that work for you. We appreciate that everyone's journey is unique, and therefore our role is to ensure that you are entirely supported as you navigate this part of the journey. Once a path has been established, we will work with your organization to ensure proper policies/processes are in place as well as provide inclusive workplace education and support. When transition day approaches, we are right beside you, ensuring that you are completely supported on the day and the weeks that follow.
